Designing FortiMonitor: Network & Infrastructure Monitoring
FortiMonitor (previously Panopta) is a unified monitoring solution that helps teams monitor infrastructure, networks, and applications in real time—detecting issues early and reducing downtime. After Fortinet acquired Panopta, a Chicago-based monitoring startup, the product needed to evolve and integrate seamlessly with the broader Fortinet ecosystem.
Ascendon – Subscription & Billing Platform
Ascendon by CSG is a cloud-native platform that helps businesses launch, manage, and scale subscription-based offerings. CSG's legacy Silverlight system needed to be ported into Ascendon, the company's modern SaaS subscription platform.
DriverConnect – Fleet & Driver Management
DriverConnect by Rand McNally empowers professional drivers with connected tools for navigation, compliance, and day-to-day fleet operations. The onboarding for DriverConnect app was confusing and ineffective. New customers frequently set themselves up wrong — or gave up — before they ever reached daily use.
